👃🏻香氣決定好與壞?

當一個紅酒🍷新手判斷一枝酒好唔好又或者買唔買一枝酒🧐,通常都係幾個方向:💸價錢貴就係好?睇紅酒雜誌推介📕?🖥網上資訊?其實最重要係開黎試下!今日同大家講講酒嘅香味。

市面上我地唔難搵到帶水果香氣嘅紅酒同白酒。
相信大家都睇酒評都會見到🍇黑色漿果又或者紅色漿果,其實代表咩?
黑色漿果通常會聞到,藍莓、提子、布冧嘅香氣同帶甜味😋;而紅色漿果通常都係紅莓、🍓紅桑子嘅香氣同帶點點酸味。
白酒更加會體驗到更豐富嘅水果,帶甜會有核嘅瓜果:蜜瓜、梨,荔枝;帶酸的話會表現青檸、西柚等等味道。

大家又有冇試過聞到有花香味🌹呢?Cabernet Sauvignon會有紫羅蘭香,Shiraz 就會有強烈甘草香。如果再深入去研究有機會會搵到:薄荷、迷迭香等香料味。

咁木味呢?呢個就係一枝紅酒製造過程同影響到我地對紅酒第一印象!
有冇咁誇張呀🤣,第一次約會咩?因一枝酒其中一樣重要嘅成本就係木筒🤫,如果酒莊用心造酒一定會好著重揀選用咩木筒去發酵/陳釀。
經過木筒陳釀嘅紅酒會聞到:橡木、松木、🍞多士、椰子等香味。
如果木筒內經過燒製🔥,造出黎嘅紅酒更加會聞到:雪茄、咖啡、朱古力🍫,煙熏等香味。

如果開瓶後聞到奇怪嘅味道好似🥺濕咗嘅報紙或者飲到好似醋,明顯酒係處儲有問題,枝酒已經變壞啦!😖

每個人對於香味都有唔同喜好🥰,而好酒就會表現出不同香味,層次鮮明,香氣及變化大。所以要試唔同地方嘅酒,你會發現葡萄酒嘅世界係好大咖!😃
