What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer one time free local delivery for single purchase of any 6 bottles/ over $1500 

Otherwise addition of $100 delivery charge may apply

What exactly happens after ordering? How long will delivery take?

Your order will be processed once payment is settled and confirmed. Delivery will be arranged accordingly.

You may enjoy next day delivery if payment can be done before 3pm, every Monday – Friday; or else will arrive in 1-2 working days.

No delivery service on Sunday and Public Holidays.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Personal data will not be disclosed by any means.

Can wines be refunded?

Products are non-refundable, but we ensure products for sales are in perfect condition.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

When your order is confirmed, invoice will be sent through email. Also a hard copy will be attached with your delivery.
